Our Italian sausage is made with pork from pigs raised on newly seeded pasture, where they roam freely and thrive on a non-GMO diet. This results in rich, clean-tasting meat with deep natural flavor.
We season each small batch with traditional Italian herbs like garlic, fennel, and a touch of oregano, no sugar, no heat. The result is a savory, mild sausage that works beautifully in pasta dishes, lasagna, pizza, soups, or even grilled on its own.
